Blessings and my thanks for choosing to share your light here. It has likely been a somewhat intense week for you as well; my own education took a very interesting turn almost a week ago and opened my mind to some truly amazing things. I'm including an exercise in the Mind Excursions section that I was given to perform twice each day, that will use your clairvoyant abilities in a very different way.

The Psychic Spotlight shines on a warm and compassionate lady named Nancy Matz, who is a psychic medium. She will also be appearing as a guest co-host on my radio show Spiritual Sorcery on Saturday, January 17 at 4 pm EST.

The most fascinating piece of news during this week, for me, arrived in the form of Karen Bishop's newest "Wings" posting. A lot of us have been experiencing more than a normal dose of achiness and discomfort, largely because of the intense energies we've been exposed to over the last few months. Two areas of discomfort that are commonly reported are the base of the neck and shoulder areas. Karen suggested that this was actually our angelic wings beginning to grow. The notion was actually presented to me by a good friend and I find it incredibly fascinating. At some point I will share a visualization I worked with, in regards to these wings.

Hopefully you've got a steaming cup of chai tea handy, as I do...

Mystical Pyramids

Exploring one's mind and abilities is among the most rewarding and satisfying work we will ever do. Many of us don't even regard it as work because we've come to realize that these special skills and the spiritual helpers are essential to realizing our purpose. We also know that a spiritual practice of some sort is a necessary part of this training. An equally important component, if we wish to enhance our level of proficiency in our "psychic strong senses", is to take time to train our mind in new and different ways.

This short article will detail an exercise that I call Mystical Pyramids and was tasked with completing this 2 times daily. My present training sessions are consideraby more intense now so I perform this only once a day

It is an intense visualization - what I consider real sorcery - because it gives one the opportunity to actually see Source energy at work. We become true creators and can even draw energy from these creations. There is one preliminary point, before explaining this method in brief detail. It is important to simply flow with the surroundings that may appear - or form - around you. We have guides on many planes who keep an eye on our development and training and enjoy supplying us with a "playing field" so to speak.

This exercise was actually the second one given to me from one of the guides I presently work with. The following image depicts the basic components for forming or making a merkaba, which is said to be a vehicle used by ascended masters to travel in and interact with spiritual seekers.

 

Sometimes known as a star tetrahedron, the arrows indicate the direction of that segment of merkaba. The top half rotates clockwise, while the bottom counter-clockwise. I was tasked with visualizing this forming around me 4 times daily, complete with the whirling motion. It did progress in difficulty by adding certain colours, namely white and gold and seeing it glowing brightly before re-absorbing the energy. You can start with this to orient your mind, if you encounter difficulty with the following exercise.

Revolving Mystical Pyramids

Step 1:  Use of this method presumes, of course, that one has already accessed other realms through creative visualization or guided meditation type work. One does not have to involve the added element of another location - your favorite place to go to when you meditate, for instance - but I found it to be quite an important component. So...in a quiet place, sitting (yes, sitting is cool) use your favorite technique to prepare your consciousness for entry into "the otherworld'. If you've chosen a specific location, concentrate on that until you find yourself floating down to a soft landing.

Step 2:  After taking a moment to drink in your surroundings (you're there, so why not, right? That's my motto...lol.) find a clearing or cleared area about the size of a baseball field. We won't be using the entire field, more like just the infield. With feet planted on the ground or hovering in the air (my personal preference) take amoment to ensure your view is 360 degrees but the key is not to move and look around. What helps me is seeing the images from each angle arriving like on the camera's security monitor.

Step 3:   Directly to your front, at least 10 feet away, manifest a single pyramid, about a foot tall. It doesn't matter about the colour and you should always follow the guidance you're given, in respect to this exercise. If you find the pyramid arrives in a rainbow colour, go with it. Once this first one is visible, manifest another on your left side, the same distance away as the first pyramid you made.

Step 4:  Follow up by making another pyramid directly behind you and one to your right. Ensure you can see all of them...you can end the first session right now and you would have accomplished a great deal or take the next few progressive steps that will allow you to see and, in some cases, feel yourself working directly with Source energy. I LOVE it!

Step 5: a)  With all pyramids displayed, the next progression is to begin with the first one you made and picture it spinning counterclockwise and then turning a very bright white. Once achieved, keep it spnning and make your way around to all four. What you're left with are four spinning pyramids glowing brightly. Here's where the aspect of drawing energy comes in and it can be quite intense so please exercise moderation. Picture a slim white cord emerging from you - that form that your consciousness is occupying in that reality - moving forward and then attaching itself to the glowing pyramid directly in front of you. Once again, move around until you're attached to all 4. Picture this for a few seconds and you will likely notice some shivers pass through your body but don't be alarmed. Disengage from each in turn and then stop them from spinning, as you complete this action.

Step 5:  b) The same process as above with only a few alterations. This time, spin the pyraminds clockwise.... and instead of a chord emerging from you, picture one emerging from each pyramid in turn. Once again, I issue you a caution if clairsentience is one of your strong abilities. This can be an intense exchange of energy the first few times but please be assured that your guides would never allow you to be injured in any way by it. It is one reason why I did suggest that you find a comfortable chair and sit down while performing this. To conclude, reverse the process and picture the cords being drawn back and the pyramids slow and stop. The next step is an option to consider and is next in progressive difficulty.

Step 6:  From my own experience, I find at times that when I arrive at different locations, it is sometimes very difficult to picture the bright white. It took me a bit of time to understand but each location had a specific type of vibration of energy that my energy body needed. So, if you find this happen to you, go with it. There is always great significance to these things. The next progression is to remain tethered to the 4 pyraminds and instead of disengaging, picturing them all moving inwards and settling around your form, a cosmic synchronicity, and then visualize yourself absorbing the energy.

To give you an idea of the progression one can make, in a relatively short period of time, I now work with 14 at a time, organized in a very precise pattern in 5 distinct rows. Very often, because of the surroundings, I find the colour energy absorbed by the pyramids may be 3 or 4 different colours.

This is one of several exercises that I do on a daily basis and I will tell you, it opens up an enormous door that has numerous angels and masters waiting eagerly for one to enter. If you make an honest effort at this exercise, you will find yourself changed forever, in ways you had not thought possible. That is what it is designed to do. If you're ever in need of help with this, go right to the top and ask for Thoth's assistance. Raziel is another powerful entity one can call on for asistance or guidance and all it takes a quick whispered prayer. You step up and out and they will support you.

This component of my blog is dedicated entirely to psychics, mediums, healers and channels that I have personally witnessed, using their abilities to assist another. Accuracy and personality aside, an essential part of considering a person for my Psychic Spotlight is what they give back. All those whom I highlight here, including Nancy Matz, take time out of their professional schedule to offer their wisdom and services for free.

We’ll be examining ways to avoid “the funk” and some methods to pull yourself free of its effects. Archangel Raphael

Meaning - "Healing power of God", "The Divine has healed", "God heals"

Hebrew word rapha means "doctor" or "healer".  Raphael is a powerful healer and assists with all forms of healing - humans and animals.  He helps to rapidly heal body, mind and spirit if called upon, as in the biblical story of Abraham and the pain he felt after being circumcised as an adult.  You may call upon Raphael in behalf of someone else, but he can't interfere with that person's free will.  If they refuse spiritual treatment, it can't be forced.

The chummiest and funniest of all Angels, Raphael is often pictured chatting merrily with mortal beings.  He's very sweet, loving, kind and gentle and you know that he's around when you see sparkles or flashes of green light.

Part of Raphael's healing work involves spirit releasement and space clearing.  He often works with Michael to exorcise discarnate entities and escort away lower energies from people and places.

As well as a healer, Raphael is known as the "Patron of Travelers" because of his help with Tobias and his travels.  Call upon Raphael when you are traveling, to assure safe travel.  In addition, he assures that all your transportation, lodging and luggage details go miraculously well.  Raphael also helps with inward spiritual journeys, assisting in searches for truth and guidance.

Ten extinct beasts that could walk the Earth again
The recipe for making any creature is written in its DNA. So last November, when geneticists published the near-complete DNA sequence of the long-extinct woolly mammoth, there was much speculation about whether we could bring this behemoth back to life. Creating a living, breathing creature from a genome sequence that exists only in a computer's memory is not possible right now. Cottingley Fairies on Antiques Roadshow
This evening's Antiques Roadshow (from Belfast) had some interesting fortean-tinged items. Unsurprisingly, there were various pieces of Titanic memorabilia but the final segment had the daughter and granddaughter of Frances Griffiths showing the famous Cottingley fairy photographs and a camera given to Griffiths by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle to Roadshow expert, Paul Atterbury. Water crystal replication study
An experiment tested the hypothesis that water exposed to distant intentions affects the aesthetic rating of ice crystals formed from that water. Over three days, 1,900 people in Austria and Germany focused their intentions towards water samples located inside an electromagnetically shielded room in California. Water samples located near the target water, but unknown to the people providing intentions, acted as "proximal" controls. Other samples located outside the shielded room acted as distant controls.

Mystery roar from faraway space detected
Space is typically thought of as a very quiet place. But one team of astronomers has found a strange cosmic noise that booms six times louder than expected. The roar is from the distant cosmos. Nobody knows what causes it.

Stonehenge beneath the waters of Lake Michigan
In a surprisingly under-reported story from 2007, Mark Holley, a professor of underwater archaeology at Northwestern Michigan College, discovered a series of stones – some of them arranged in a circle and one of which seemed to show carvings of a mastodon – 40-feet beneath the surface waters of Lake Michigan. If verified, the carvings could be as much as 10,000 years old – coincident with the post-Ice Age presence of both humans and mastodons in the upper midwest.

Woman suspected of witchcraft burned alive
A woman in rural Papua New Guinea was bound and gagged, tied to a log and set ablaze on a pile of tires this week, possibly because villagers suspected her of being a witch, police said Thursday. Her death adds to a growing list of men and women who have been accused of sorcery and then tortured or killed in the South Pacific island nation, where traditional beliefs hold sway in many regions. The victims are often scapegoats for someone else's unexplained death, and bands of tribesmen collude to mete out justice to them for their supposed magical powers, police said.

Across from the White House is a purported haunted house, which President-elect Barack Obama, his wife, Michelle, and daughters Malia and Sasha will temporarily call home. The first family is expected to move into the storied Hay-Adams Hotel in the capital this weekend.

Shadow people stalk a dying man
Leslie Robert’s husband was diagnosed with end stage liver cancer in September 2007. The cancer progressed rapidly and by the end of November, he was close to death. During this time he started talking about people no one else could see. “He claimed to see shadow people standing at the edge of the room watching him,” Leslie said. “He said that there were at least 12 to 20 of them and they were always present listening to our conversations and watching as we nursed him through his illness.”.

Courtney Love's album delayed by 'paranormal issues'
Courtney Love has pushed back the release of her new album after ghostly goings-on in the studio delayed the recording. Nobody's Daughter, the follow-up to 2004's America's Sweetheart, was due for release through the rocker's website on January 1. But it is now scheduled for next month after "paranormal" events forced the album's producer Michael Beinhorn to abandon the studio.

Achiness in the neck and shoulder areas, you say? Hmm... I've been dealing with that, yes - especially around the base of my neck. It's been so bad, at times, that I've had to use heat and take pain medication. I thought it was just due to the weather changes (you know what the weather can be like out here on the prairies), but maybe there's something more to it. Definitely something to think about, anyway.

Hiya Nick! Yes, that drug did thin the veil, but not in a good way. I never want to go through what I've been through in the past 36 hours ever again, I can tell you that. Man, that drug was nasty... I'm now on a medicine I took the last time I had pneumonia, and so far, so good. I hope to be feeling much better before the weekend is out. *crosses fingers*

Thanks Nick! I'm very excited about it, for sure. There's a lot of research to do, but I'm really happy that I finally have a real case now. I will definitely be keeping everyone updated at WPI about how things are going.

As for needing help, you betcha! In fact, I probably WILL be needing your help, Nick, simply because of who and what you are. I wish you could actually come out here and help me on this investigation, since you're at least in the same country as I am, but I know you can't. We're going to have to exchange phone numbers or something, I think, so that we can communicate that way, too... We'll talk...
